Independence to us means doing our own thing. We don’t abide by the rules of a bigger organization. We cultivate a community within our team that fosters ideas that can’t be fit into boxes preset by overhead rules.

We’re good with that.

Not only does our independence allow our work to be

our own, it also entails the freedom to change what isn’t working–– based on our customers’ feedback. When you are your own business, you have the flexibility and capacity to listen, hone, and fix. We get to know who we work with and not only put faces to names, but remember them as well.

Being independent doesn’t come easy. It means working twice as hard to sustain the freedom we love to create products for the industry we love most.

We’re good with that.
